Ingredients

  • Frozen Green Beans: 300 g
  • Red Beans: 1 Can
  • White Beans: 1 Can
  • Cherry Tomatoes: A Dozen
  • Feta Cheese: 50 g
  • Small White Onions: 2
  • Olive Oil: 2 Tablespoons
  • Sweet Vinegar: 2 Tablespoons
  • Lemon Juice: 1 Tablespoon
  • Ground Cumin: 1 Pinch
  • Chopped Cilantro: 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt and Pepper: To Taste

Instructions

For best results, salad flavors must be mixed for at least 8 hours or overnight, so prepare this dish a day before you want to eat it.

Cook the green beans in a pot of boiling water for the time indicated on the package.

Then drain and cool under cold water. Chop them into pieces.
