You’ve undoubtedly heard of Bolognese sauce. Do you know about Bolognese soup? Well, if you don’t, make sure you check out this recipe for ground meat for dinner. It is easy to prepare, an authentic dish that the whole family can enjoy. So what do you need?
You need about 700 grams of ground meat (preferably beef), 2 onions, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 carrots, celery and 2 cans of canned tomatoes or fresh tomatoes (but they have to be juicy). In addition, 50 grams of rice, a little sweet paprika powder, salt, pepper, oregano and sweet cream.
Finely dice the onion and garlic. Brown them in a pot in olive oil. Then add ground meat, which needs to be minced in the same way as when making Bolognese sauce. Chop the carrots and celery into smaller pieces (cubes or strips) and add them to the pot. Throw in a tablespoon of paprika powder, the rest of the spices and the tomatoes. Turn down the heat and simmer covered for half an hour.
If the soup is too thick, add a little water. Keep in mind that this is a soup and not a sauce. Add 50 grams of rice after 15 minutes. In the end, whiten the soup with cream. Bolognese soup is now ready. Enjoy!
