Cover it with paper and put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Roast the whole thing for 45 minutes. After this time, unroll the paper and brush the top of the roulade with olive oil. Kofta

Kofta is a ground meat skewer that adds variety to any dinner. You can serve them as a snack during a party, as well. So how to prepare Kofta? Begin by choosing the right meat. The meat should be lamb or mutton, or beef. You’ll also need onions, garlic, ginger, parsley and lots of spices – coriander, sweet and hot peppers, cinnamon, cumin and salt and pepper.

Begin by placing the ground meat in a bowl. Remember that it should be lean. Next, peel the ginger, garlic and onion and dice them into small pieces. You can mince the garlic. Finely chop the parsley as well, so the pieces are nicely distributed throughout the meat.

To the bowl with the meat, combine all the spices. Depending on how much you like them, you can throw in the powdered ones. If you are not a fan of cumin, you can skip it, but it really gives the meat an interesting flavour.

Keep kneading for a few minutes until the meat is uniform. All you need is wooden skewer sticks and a grill or a grill pan. Thread the mixture onto the sticks so that the skewers have an oblong shape, just like a cepelin. The sticks can be thicker or thinner, but remember that the cooking time will depend on this.

Get all your skewers ready, and then move on to grilling. If you do not have a grill or a grill pan, you can make them in the oven as well. Simply preheat it to 200 degrees and bake the skewers for 20 minutes. What do you like about this idea for ground meat for dinner?
