We are approaching the moment that millions of fans of the Walking Dead universe were waiting for several years. During the ongoing San Diego Comic-Con event, AMC channel representatives revealed a trailer for the third part of the 11th season of The Walking Dead.
This is going to be at the same time the last package of episodes of the final season, meaning that the end of the story awaits viewers.
The Walking Dead series is an action-adventure adaptation of Robert Kirkman’s comic book. It made its first episode debut in October 2010, which is more than a decade ago. Surprisingly, the currently ongoing 11th season launched in August 2021, and it is still running.
It is also a record-breaking long season, which will include a total of 24 episodes. We have already got 16 of them so far, an indication that the upcoming third part of the season will deliver the final eight episodes. The Walking Dead is scheduled to return on October 2, 2022.
To top it off, we were also given a trailer for a new anthology series from the universe during San Diego Comic-Con. The Tales of the Walking Dead is set to premiere on August 14, 2022.
