Russians Have Lost Their Most Powerful Artillery, the 2S7M Malka

This is the first success of its kind for the Ukrainians

Russians Have Lost Their Most Powerful Artillery, the 2s7M Malka

A major victory for Ukraine over Russia’s equally major artillery system. It was just confirmed that the Russians have lost the most powerful artillery in their arsenal, the 2S7M Malka, which has always brought death and unusually widespread destruction. That artillery can even fire nuclear warheads.

The Ukrainians destroyed the Russian 2S7M Malka

The Russians like BIG things, as has been proven more than once. The 203mm caliber 2S7M Malka artillery is certainly one of those things, because it is a completely different class from the standard and common 155mm artillery on NATO’s armament.

When it hits a target, it will cause much more damage than an ordinary shell, as the shells it uses are not only heavier, but also loaded with more explosive.

The 2S7M Malka is a giant that can harm even the squad operating it. There are four shells in it for immediate use, each of which, when fired, emits a loud alarm to the soldiers around it. All this because the explosion associated with the firing is so powerful that it can even overpower an unprepared soldier.

We are talking about firing 110-kilogram shells at distances of up to 37.5 kilometers, and even 47.5 kilometers when used with those equipped with additional rocket propulsion.

While this type of self-propelled artillery is easier to target with radar, with its size making it easier to spot from the air and hit, Ukraine has failed to destroy any 2S7M Malek to date. That has changed recently, as evidenced by the photos above.
