Diablo Immortal Is Being Promoted by Heavy Metal Bands

Blizzard continues to promote Diablo Immortal. The developers have produced a commercial that should especially appeal to loyal heavy-metal fans, because the video features Dani Filth (Cradle of Filth), Bury Tomorrow and Witch Fever.

With Diablo Immortal enjoying a brilliant reception, developers are planning to develop the game with numerous smaller and larger updates. The servers are to systematically release new features to make fans constantly want to return to the game.

The production’s success however does not mean that the title will no longer be advertised and the latest commercial, according to the publisher, features “three of the most heavy metal of all heavy metal bands in the world.”

Dani Filth (Cradle of Filth), Bury Tomorrow and Witch Fever have partnered up to face demonic opponents together in Diablo Immortal.

While the company took care of the new commercial, it didn’t stop there, as Bury Tomorrow collaborated with Blizzard’s creative team to redesign its iconic album covers, employing the infernal iconography of Diablo: Immortal.

And the heavy metal festival Download held a session at Diablo Immortal, in addition to which the artists are to promote the game on their social media.

Julie Weir, the head of Music For Nations (the legendary heavy metal record label), made the following comments on the project:

“The worlds of alternative music and gaming have long come together with the help of passionate artists and innovative, creative art forms. Bringing some of our most exciting performers from the Music For Nations roster to the iconic Diablo universe has been an unforgettable experience, and we’re pleased that fans have come closer to our inner manifesto.”
