The remake of the first installment of The Last of Us will be released on PS5 later this week. And Naughty Dog is heating up the atmosphere ahead of the debut by releasing a fresh video of the game.
Titled Official Honoring the Original Trailer, this video features statements from the developers about the reproduction. You can watch the video in the following.
On the video, developers assure that TLoU Part I is something completely different from the original. The title’s technical setting was “made from scratch”. – and this refers not only to graphics, but also at least to the artificial intelligence.
In fact, one must admit that the game looks very good. But the question is whether The Last of Us really needed a refresh – whether it is worth spending money on it ( not small, by the way).
Release date for The Last of Us Remake
The Last of Us Remake will be released on PlayStation 5 on September 2. It is also worth mentioning that the developers intend to release a PC version of the title.
Sadly, until now we have not learned the release date of the PC edition. But one of the developers from Naughty Dog revealed in late July that the game is expected to be released on PC “a little later, but immediately after the PS5 release.”
