We learned in mid-August that Evil West will debut a little later than originally planned. But as a consolation, we got a set of graphics showing the upcoming production of the Flying Wild Hog studio.
In the meantime, it appears that the developers are very keen that their new game can be seamlessly enjoyed by as many players as possible, including people struggling with arachnophobia.
According a report from VG24/7, a special option will appear in Evil West, which will allow you to completely disable spiders.
Developers emphasize that the said arthropods are partially related to the main plot of the game, but developers wanted their production to be fully accessible also to people with arachnophobia, which more than 420 million people suffer from.
Meanwhile, the creators warn that Evil West will feature several enemies whose design is modeled specifically on spiders.
Also one of the bosses is to be distinguished by certain characteristics associated with the said creatures. There will be also locations full of spider webs. But the spiders themselves – once the described option is enabled – will disappear from the game completely.
Lastly, we should remind you that Evil West is heading for PC and PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S consoles. As announced, this game is scheduled to debut on the aforementioned platforms on November 22 this year.
