Steelrising Comes With Even Higher Hardware Requirements Than Hogwarts Legacy

Is it good enough to justify the high hardware requiremnets?

Steelrising

The launch of Steelrising is just around the corner. It will certainly be helpful for those interested in the game to learn about the hardware requirements. Well, those are really high.

Steelrising is an action RPG set in an alternate version of 18th century Paris. Its protagonist, the mechanical dancer Aegis, will confront the soldiers of King Louis XVI so that the French Revolution could triumph.

This game is due to debut as early as September 8. For those who would like to try this soulsike title on PC, they will have to prepare really good hardware.

This is because Steelrising’s requirements are higher than, for example, the forthcoming Hogwarts Legacy, which also recently surprised players rather badly in this regard.

However, the game has a large open world to defend, which we will not experience in the work of the Spiders studio. You can find out below if the game will go for you or not.

Steelrising – Recommended hardware requirements for PC

In theory, then, to play Steelrising on low settings you will need an RTX graphics card. As a comparison Hogwarts Legacy’s minimum requirements include a GeForce GTX 1070 (or Radeon RX Vega 56), and the recommended requirements specify a GeForce GTX 1080 Ti (or Radeon RX 5700 XT). You can see the full hardware specifications for Hogwarts Legacy here.

Steelrising is expected to come out for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. Unlike Hogwarts Legacy, which was compared above, the game is not coming out on previous-generation consoles. This is where the title’s high hardware requirements come from.

Steelrising certainly looks nice – but is it nice enough to justify its high hardware requirements? Let us know your opinions in the comments section below.
