In case you were looking forward to this year’s release of System Shock Remake, we sadly have some bad news.
Recent reports suggest that the project is not expected to be available until next year. The developers are likely in need of more time to fine-tune their masterpiece.
System Shock Remake was expected to be released later this year. But the game’s page on Steam suggests that the developers have postponed their project until 2023.
The planned release date at the moment is March, however, it is impossible to say whether this will not change yet.
There is also, of course, another possibility. The System Shock Remake may be released first on consoles – later this year – and the delay will only affect the release intended for personal computers.
This seems unlikely, however. Especially since the developers have recently bragged about their progress, asserting that everything is almost ready.

System Shock Remake is expected to arrive on PC, Xbox and PlayStation. We still don’t know the release date, as we mentioned, for we are still only talking about reports and rumors.
