The launch of A Plague Tale: Requiem is scheduled to take place next week. In connection with this, the publisher is strongly promoting its project by releasing more videos. This time, you can watch the abilities of Hugo, the second of the venture’s protagonists.
Clearly, Hugo’s abilities are connected with rats. When sneaking around, Hugo can sense the presence of enemies through walls and then communicate their positions to Amicia. The gameplay mechanics are similar to those of The Last of Us and are likely to be just as useful and important.
In A Plague Tale: Requiem the young boy will also have the ability to summon whole clouds of rats to attack enemies. When this happens, Hugo and his sister Amicia would be able to push on, even through locations full of opponents. However, it is worth noting that none of Hugo’s abilities will be unlimited.
The premiere of A Plague Tale: Requiem is planned for October 18. We will play the game on PC, Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5. Completing the main storyline will require at least 15 hours of our time.
