In the first half of the month, there was a report that Atomic Heart could face a mass of problems on release day.
But since then, the IGN editorial team has presented, inter alia, 10-minute boss fights and presented concrete footage of the world, and the item looks good all the time.
Today we get to check out the next video, which showed a whole bunch of duels with various opponents and Atomic Heart looks good again.
Developers showed a whole bunch of varied opponents, which will react to attacks (we’ll notice different deformations), and after beating rivals we’ll collect their resources – with them we’ll be able to take care of equipment upgrades, amongst other things. Developers have prepared an interesting system of downloading parts.
At Atomic Heart we’ll use the hero’s special powers and, for instance, freeze enemies, hurl them against the ground or electrocute them – elements can come in handy during many duels.
