We are dealing in God of War: Ragnarok with another chapter of the story associated with Kratos and his son, Atreus.
Both of them must visit nine worlds to find answers to the questions that have been plaguing them. While doing so, they must also brace themselves for Ragnarok, the Norse apocalypse.
The God of War: Ragnarok is a game full of fights, exploration and interesting activities. The first fiddle here is, of course, the fight against the enemies encountered.
Here Kratos and Atreus continuously challenge opponents, and with each world throwing different challenges at their feet.
The gameplay is heavily inspired by its predecessor. It is therefore a combination of combat, exploration and cinematic interludes, which play a key role in driving the narrative, and everything unfolds in semi-open worlds that are based on Scandinavian mythology.
The developers, however, have at least prepared a few big surprises that can’t help but spoil the fun. The game is currently available on PS5 and PS4. Possibly in the future it will also be released on PC, just like the previous part.
