Minecraft Is Getting Big Update Patch 1.19.50, Adding Lots of New Features

Minecraft’s most important event for fans took place in October. At Minecraft Live, developers announced what important new features we would get in upcoming updates. One of these has just landed online.

Codenamed 1.19.50 (Bedrock), this update first of all provides official support for a new mode. It’ the Observer module, brought into the full version after an “experimental” stage lasting several months.

This allows players to fly freely around the boards and watch the actions of other players – with no fear of taking damage from monsters. The players in Observer mode can only be spotted by others using this feature.

Yet another novelty is providing us with new touch control options, activated by default on devices with such interfaces. Authors have also introduced new default “skins”/characters” that join Steve and Alexa.

Maybe the most important change, from the perspective of many people, is the performance improvements to Minecraft. Here, a team boasts of providing a better framerate in some situations and fixing bugs that cause the game to hang.
