Some Interesting Information About Starfield Has Emerged Online

While Starfield won’t hit the market until next year, it is already generating a lot of excitement. Aware of this state of affairs, Bethesda is regularly serving us new information about its RPG.

This time, we got them via a podcast by Lex Fridman, with whom the game’s director, Todd Howard, spoke. Quite a few interesting details emerge from Howard’s statement. For instance, it has been confirmed that different star systems in Starfield will have different levels.

That means that players will need to adjust their characters to them in order to navigate through them relatively safely and not get killed at every turn.

The other detail is related to space travel. According to Howard, the team couldn’t decide how to approach this element.

Should the player be concerned about being stranded in the void and darkness somewhere having an empty fuel “tank” or not. The final decision was that this type of “adventure” was unlikely to happen, because it kills the fun.

Excluding space, we’ll be able to move around quite freely. This, obviously, involves the exploration of planets, where conditions are different, different environment, completely different inhabitants and so on.

Things will be changing, with the player having to adjust to it, which all in all should not be a surprise to anyone.

You can find the entire interview in the video below. Keep in mind that Starfield will be available in the first half of 2023, and we will play then only on PC and Xbox Series X|S.
