South Park: Season 26 Gets Launch Date and Is Coming Soon

Get ready, South Park fans! Comedy Central has just announced the highly-anticipated premiere date for the 26th season of the beloved animated series. Mark your calendars, as we’ll be returning to the quirky town of South Park on February 8th, 2023, just in time for Valentine’s Day.

Viewers can expect to see more of the hilarious antics of Eric Cartman and his friends as they navigate through their wacky adventures in the coming year.

The new episodes will be available to watch on Comedy Central, the Comedy Central app, and the official South Park website.

But that’s not all the good news. Trey Parker and Matt Stone, the show’s creators, recently signed a contract with MTV Entertainment Studios to extend the broadcast of South Park until at least 2027. This means that fans can look forward to at least 30 seasons of the irreverent and iconic series.

In addition to the series, the contract also includes 14 full-length projects set in the South Park universe, which will be available on the Paramount+ platform.

These include “South Park: The Streaming Wars Part 1 & 2,” “South Park: Post Covid,” and “South Park: Post Covid: The Return of Covid.”

South Park is known for its sharp wit, cutting satire, and controversial subject matter, making it a favorite among older audiences. The show follows the lives of four boys – Eric Cartman, Stan Marsh, Kyle Broflovski, and Kenny McCormick – as they navigate the absurdities of life in their small Colorado town.

Despite its controversial nature, the series has become one of the most popular and iconic animated shows of all time. So, brace yourself for more laughs and more controversies, as South Park is back and better than ever!
