“There is actually a whole series of things that we want to do, which has to do with managing of the Penguin and how that fits into the overall script leading up to the next film, and what this film is going to be about,” Reeves explained to Collider.

“There are also other things that we have planned,” said the director, “The BatVerse that we are building makes me very, very excited, and I feel a great passion for this project,”

He spoke with a hint of excitement in his voice, hinting at the possibility of exploring new territories within the vast and captivating world of Gotham. 

Rumors have been circulating about potential spin-offs and TV series centered around iconic locations such as Arkham Asylum and the Gotham City Police Department.
