The Walking Dead: Dead City and Daryl Dixon to Premiere in 2023

AMC has finished the main story of “The Walking Dead,” yet viewers can already get ready for the upcoming sequels. “The Walking Dead: Dead City” is set to debut in June, and that’s just the beginning of the universe’s development.

“The Walking Dead” enjoys great popularity, and so AMC wants to expand the world and offer viewers new adventures. We will see two premieres in 2023, and “The Walking Dead: Dead City” debuts for good measure.

Lauren Cohan (Maggie) and Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Negan) will hit a post-apocalyptic New York City, and although “The Walking Dead: Dead City” was supposed to debut in April, AMC confirmed today that the series would be offered to viewers in June.

After the story divided into six episodes, we will see “The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon,” a tale starring Norman Reedus.

This series will focus on the title character, who wakes up on the shores of France and has to figure out what happened and why he ended up in Europe.

At the moment, even the premiere month has not been confirmed, however the story will definitely debut in 2023.

Work will also begin in the coming months on the still untitled and probably most anticipated spin-off of “The Walking Dead” – the third story will center on the fate of Rick Grimes and Michonne. AMC plans to provide the story in 2024.

Also, “Fear the Walking Dead” will cease airing after its 8th season, as announced by AMC. What do you think about the new series of The Walking Dead universe? Let us know in the comments section below.
