It’s fair to say that of the two games that developer Flying Wild Hog released in 2022, Evil West garnered the most praise, even though Shadow Warrior 3, which was released earlier this year for PC and last-generation consoles, wasn’t a failure.
In spite of its fair share of problems, the frenetic first-person shooter is worth a look, particularly for fans of the genre, and it may soon become accessible to a much wider audience.
In fact, it appears that Shadow Warrior 3 is destined for Game Pass. As several people on Reddit reported, the application has sent push notifications to users stating that Shadow Warrior 3 is now available on the service.
Naturally, this is still not official news, nor has Flying Wild Hog or publisher Devolver Digital made any announcement to that effect.
There’s always the possibility that the above notification was just a mistake, yet if the game is indeed coming to Game Pass, it’s conceivable that the announcement would be made soon. Shadow Warrior 3 comes for PS4, Xbox One, and PC and is also playable on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
