This scheduled maintenance period is necessary to implement the much-anticipated version 25.10 update, bringing fresh content and exciting features to the Fortnite experience.
Offline Tomorrow: Prepare for the Update
Starting tomorrow, Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at 3 PM in the Eastern time zone, the servers will go offline as the update is rolled out. As is customary, matchmaking will be disabled approximately 30 minutes prior to the maintenance to ensure players are not caught in-game when the servers are taken down.
While specific details about the contents of the update remain under wraps, diligent dataminers have discovered some exciting hints. Among the anticipated additions are new weapons, ready to amplify the action-packed gameplay that Fortnite is known for.
Additionally, a special Nike-themed event is set to captivate players, likely linked to a Creative mode map. What’s more, an exclusive cosmetic set tied to the Nike collaboration will be available for purchase in the in-game item shop.
