Dominants and Eikons
Within Final Fantasy 16, there exist enigmatic beings called Eikons. These powerful and lethal creatures are bound to a Dominant—a singular individual blessed with the ability to summon their formidable powers. In some nations, Dominants are revered as royalty, while in others, they are forcibly conscripted as weapons of war.
In a twist of fate, Joshua Rosfield, the meek and scholarly second son of the Archduke of Rosaria, becomes the chosen Dominant of the Phoenix.
