Player Choice Prevails in Latest Assassin’s Creed Mirage Patch

Patch 1.0.5 Brings Customizable Graphics and Bug Fixes to Assassin's Creed Mirage.

The latest update for “Assassin’s Creed Mirage,” Patch 1.0.5, is set to be released on November 7th and brings a much-anticipated feature to the game: the option to disable chromatic aberration.

This graphical filter, which adds a red-blue blur around edges in the game, has been a point of contention for players who felt it detracted from the game’s visual appeal. With this update, players can now choose to turn off this effect, allowing for a clearer and more precise visual experience.

In addition to this key improvement, the patch addresses a variety of bugs and issues. These include a fix for the Fire Demon outfit not providing the correct number of shards after assassinating an ISU Hunter, an equal chance for Basim to play any of his takedown animations during front executions, and a fix for issues with store rewards.

The patch also makes several adjustments to quests, graphics, UI, animations, audio, and stability, all aimed at enhancing the overall gameplay experience.

Players can also expect numerous visual improvements in the environment, VFX, and weapons, as well as fixes for NPC navigation, animation, and interaction issues.

The patch promises to improve the store page display, ensure reward notifications appear properly, and adjust the highlight duration on NPCs in Eagle Vision.

For audio, an option has been added to enable or disable background music during the call to prayer, and animal sound effects have been fixed. On the stability front, the patch includes multiple improvements to enhance the game’s performance.

Lastly, the patch addresses some miscellaneous issues, such as time tracking for hours played on PS5, offline achievements syncing with 1st party, and correct display of the refresh rate option in the settings.

With these comprehensive updates, Ubisoft continues to refine “Assassin’s Creed Mirage,” ensuring that players have the best possible experience as they delve into the stealthy and historical world of the Assassins.
