Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade Game Slashing Its Way to Consoles

Arcade Hit Based on Nickelodeon Series Adds New Content for Home Consoles.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Wrath of the Mutants

The classic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles beat ’em up arcade game is making a triumphant return on modern consoles in April with new features and content.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Wrath of the Mutants, originally released in arcades in 2017, will launch on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC on April 23rd. The game is developed by Cradle Games and published by Raw Thrills, known for bringing arcade game favorites like Cruis’n Blast to home platforms.

Wrath of the Mutants is based on the 2012 Nickelodeon TMNT series, with the playable turtle heroes Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michaelangelo voiced by the show’s original cast.

The turtles battle across iconic New York locations against familiar foes like the Foot Clan, Kraang, and Shredder. Exclusive new content has been added for the console version, including extra levels, new bosses like Chrome Dome, and fresh dialogue.

With its pick-up-and-play beat ’em up gameplay, eye-popping visuals, and loveable characters, Wrath of the Mutants aims to recreate the authentic retro arcade experience while modernizing it for today’s consoles. The game supports 1-4 player co-op and retains the frantic combat and slick combos that TMNT fans crave.

By bringing this modern arcade hit to console platforms with expanded content, developer Raw Thrills and Cradle Games hope to expose a new generation of gamers to the radical world of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Cowabunga!
