In a series of comical vignettes, Carrie will suddenly appear in three different locations within Hishan, failing spectacularly at her teleportation spell. Players must seek her out and run into her at each of these locations, a task made easier by systematically running through the horizontal walkways of the city.
Once Carrie joins the party’s retinue, the fast travel system is unlocked, allowing players to instantly travel to any previously visited area. While Carrie’s presence is required to progress the main story through Hishan Old Town, she need not be part of the active party to facilitate fast travel. Players can simply select their desired location from the map menu or speak to Carrie back at their headquarters.
Carrie’s unique teleportation magic also makes her a formidable ally in combat, dealing potent blunt damage to foes. Her quirky personality and comedic mishaps add an extra layer of charm to Eiyuden Chronicle Hundred Heroes, providing moments of levity amidst the epic adventure.
