Production has concluded on Lone Wolf, a political conspiracy thriller featuring Bryan Cranston and Lily Gladstone. Directed by Mark Pellington, the film centers on a Marine veteran, played by Gladstone, who is drawn into a covert plot by a mercenary portrayed by Cranston.

Filming wrapped in late February in Albuquerque, New Mexico. O’Shea Jackson Jr., Jennifer Ehle, Chet Hanks, and Spencer Garrett have joined the cast. The script was written by Tom Chilcoat.

The project is produced by Ted Hope and Christine Vachon through Double Hope and Killer Films, along with Jordan Wagner of Wagner Entertainment. UTA Independent Film Group is handling sales.

Jordan Wagner highlighted the strength of the creative team. “Collaborating with industry powerhouses like Ted and Christine is an extraordinary opportunity,” he said. “Their expertise and passion for storytelling, combined with Mark Pellington’s vision and the remarkable cast that has come aboard this project, create a foundation for a truly special film.”

Pellington expressed enthusiasm about the ensemble cast and the project’s contemporary relevance. “I can’t imagine a better cast to enhance this provocative and evocative film. A day doesn’t pass without the script growing more prescient,” he said.

Executive producers include Sean Krajewski, Ronnie Exley, Lawrence Minicone, and Jeremy Ross of Rabbits Black. The group has backed projects such as Longlegs, Rumours, and Goodrich.

The film follows Gladstone’s recent Academy Award nomination for Killers of the Flower Moon and Cranston’s continued work after Breaking Bad and Your Honor.
