During Ubisoft Forward event yesterday, officials of the company revealed that three upcoming new games will be released in partnership with the Netflix platform. As we learned, the streaming giant will lay its hands not only on a game from the world of Assassin’s Creed, or a sequel to Mighty Quest for Epic Loot.
It was announced that a sequel to the highly rated game Valiant Hearts: The Great War will be coming to the Netflix app. This production will be developed by the same team that created the first part. The release date was also announced and it is January 2023.
Story details about the sequel to Valiant Hearts are still unknown. It is possible, however, that this time the action will be centered in World War II. The storyline of World War I was very well presented in the first part and a straightforward continuation seems impossible, and unnecessary.
The first part of the game was a tangled story in a world torn apart by war. Everyone would try to survive the nightmare of the trenches with the help of a faithful dog. During the course of the game Valiant Hearts, the stories of these characters combine and intertwine.
Friendship, love, sacrifice and tragedy are the fate of these unfortunates, and they will help each other wanting to preserve their humanity in the face of war.
Valiant Hearts game made its debut in 2013, and has conquered all key platforms, and mobile devices over the past years.
