In several online stores, pre-orders for the “professional” DualSense Edge controller have started. And as expected, it will not be cheap at all.
According to the information we can find out on those online stores, the controller is expected to cost $199.99 in the United States.
Unfortunately for Europeans, it is slightly more expensive than in the US, where the controller is priced at 239.99 euros. The new PS5 controller is expected to be released on January 26, 2023.
The bundle, in addition to the controller itself, will include a set of accessories including Braided USB cable, Stick caps – standard, 2 stick caps – high dome-shaped, 2 stick caps – low dome ones, 2 back buttons – lever, 2 back buttons – semi-dome-shaped, Connector housing, Case and User manual.
Taking inspiration from the Xbox Elite Series 2, the controller is going to be customizable in terms of design and operation, but also in software.
