In Primal, players experienced a more raw and wild version of the island, which had been overtaken by wildlife. Fortnite Wilds takes a leaf out of Primal’s book, weaving a similar theme as hinted by the new reveal trailer.
What’s Cooking in Fortnite Wilds Season 3?
The preview gives us a tantalizing glimpse of what’s in store for Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3. The ‘Wilds’ season plans to shake things up with significant alterations to the island, including a large crater that stands out prominently on the map.
This crater, vast and full of fascinating ruins, temples, and structures, creates a sense of rugged wilderness. The untamed vibe of the island also marks the much-awaited return of velociraptors from Chapter 2. The trailer gives a sneak peek of a squad of players mounting these creatures, suggesting that players will have the opportunity to tame these prehistoric beasts and make them their pets yet again.

The trailer provides a glimpse of Fishstick firing Optimus Prime’s cannon, suggesting that a new limited-time weapon could be added to this season’s arsenal.
