The announcement comes with a generous helping of gameplay and story trailers, offering a sneak peek into the adventure awaiting players.
The gameplay trailer showcases a plethora of new features, many of which draw inspiration from the characters’ escapades in Hawaii. Players can explore fresh job classes, including the Samurai, the lasso-swinging Desperado, the stylish Geodancer and Pyrodancer, the power washer-wielding Housekeeper, the Bruce Lee-style Action Star, and even a Sujimancer – a trainer-like character that harnesses the peculiar individuals you collect in the returning ‘Sujimon’ minigame.
The Poundmates system, the Yakuza equivalent of summons, is also making a comeback, featuring fan-favorite characters like Nancy the killer crawfish. The game boasts a variety of quirky minigames, including Sujimon battles, a ‘Crazy Eats’ biking delivery game, and the revival of classic Sega arcade games like Virtua Fighter 3 and Sega Bass Fishing.
