The world of role-playing games is about to get a little spicier thanks to the upcoming Baldur’s Gate 3 Patch 6. Scheduled to release across all platforms next week, the patch promises “improved smooches” and enhanced kissing animations to take romantic encounters in the game to the next level.

Based on tantalizing preview images of steamy encounters between wizard Astarion and druid Halsin, players can expect richer, more varied and passionate kissing moments with all romantic options after Patch 6.
Larian Studios is turning up the heat in the latest update, promising to alter players’ brain chemistry with better smooch mechanics. And it’s about time too for lovers languishing in vanilla relationships in the Forgotten Realms. Now they can lock lips like their lives depend on it.
More Than Just Lip Service – Other Exciting Updates Too
Beyond spicing up romantic interludes, Patch 6 brings other welcome improvements too. There will be new Legendary Actions added to the brutally challenging Honor Mode, giving players more leverage against Baldur’ Gate 3 at its most merciless. Plus “plenty” of unspecified bug fixes to smooth out remaining rough edges.
With Larian calling it a “hefty” patch, drop-hungry early access gamers eagerly await the full notes ahead of release. But based on the saucy sampling so far, Patch 6 should satisfy players’ thirst…for adventure, and amour!
