MultiVersus updates these hours with the launch of Season 2, bringing with it many new features including Battle Pass, extra characters and new game modes, in addition to various rewards and items in the shop.

It starts with the announcement of Marvin The Martian, who is one of the most bizarre characters from the universe in question, arriving equipped with his explosive space modulator Q-36, plus the ability to summon spaceships and other science fiction oddities.
There is still no release date for Marvin, but that will most probably be announced in the coming weeks.
Among other news, a Game of Thrones-based level is expected to arrive, which will feature various elements from the Westeros setting in addition to the Throne of Swords itself.
Besides this, the arrival of a new Battle Pass is planned, offering rewards for each tier in both the free and paid versions.
New skins that can be unlocked through the Battle Pass include Sherlock Holmes-themed variants for Tom and Jerry, an orchestra conductor outfit for Bugs Bunny and an astronaut costume for Velma.
Within the shop, moreover, will be room for new exclusive items such as Samurai Batman, Evil Morty, Fern Finn skins and other elements that can be purchased through Gleamium, the currency found within the game.
Besides all this, obviously, the large patch aims to fix some technical problems of MultiVersus and change the balance.
