Editors of Japanese website Famitsu, along with their users, have ranked the most anticipated productions in their country. Thanks to this we can see what titles are most awaited by gamers from the Land of the Cherry Blossom.

It’s not a well-known fact that their tastes, as far as video games are concerned, differ strongly from the preferences of Europeans.

I have the impression that this difference has been somewhat erased in recent years anyway, and the credit can be attributed to the popularity of the Nintendo Switch console.

Most interesting launches according to Japanese gamers

A game that reigns supreme in the current ranking prepared by Famitsu certainly is a highly anticipated production around the world.

We are referring to The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Everybody is waiting with baked goods for the continuation of Link’s adventures, and it is possible that the game’s release may coincide with the debut of the Nintendo Switch successor.

The second place was occupied by a representative of the already cult series. The Final Fantasy 16 promises to be extremely good, and lately the developers have been eager to share more footage from the game.

Dragon Quest Treasures, which already had its premiere, rounds out the podium. European gamers could start turning their noses up significantly at this point. Below you will find the top ten.

It is important to mention that the survey was conducted in November. We’d love to know what games you are most looking forward to. Please let us know in the comments.

  1. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
  2. Final Fantasy 16
  3. Dragon Quest Treasures
  4. Fire Emblem Engage
  5. Pikmin 4
  6. Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth
  7. Resident Evil 4
  8. Octopath Traveler 2
  9. Street Fighter 6
  10. Pragmata

Are you ready to immerse yourself in a world of fantasy and adventure? Then you won’t want to miss our review of Fire Emblem Engage! This thrilling game takes players on a journey through a mystical realm filled with danger, intrigue, and excitement. With its captivating storyline, stunning graphics, and challenging gameplay, Fire Emblem Engage is a game that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Join us as we explore the world of Fire Emblem Engage and discover why it’s one of the most popular games on the market today.
