It is now the end of 2022 and we can thus have a total overview of the games included within Xbox Game Pass over the course of the year, including a summary of the total value of those games.
This study is done by the Polish website XGP, which is dedicated precisely to Microsoft’s subscription service. Thus, it is not an official source, so should be taken as an indication to be confirmed.
Nevertheless, according to what has been gathered by the site in question, it appears that during 2022, 220 games were added within the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate catalog, that is, taking into account both Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass.

Regarding the overall total value of the games included in the catalog, which is obtained by adding up the standard price of each of them, the amount is truly remarkable.
Indeed, we talk about $7,173: that would be the cumulative price of all the games that have been included this year within Xbox Game Pass, therefore it does not concern the total value of the games in the catalog, which will be obviously higher, but only the new titles introduced during the year 2022.
As we saw, Microsoft has decided not to make a second introduction of new games for the month of December 2022, somewhat anomalously to the standard of two monthly mandates, putting everything off until early 2023.
