It’s worth noting that some of Kubrick’s ideas for the Napoleon project were adapted into the film “Barry Lyndon.” This isn’t the first time Spielberg has taken on a project originally developed by Kubrick either, with “AI Artificial Intelligence” being another example.
But wait, there’s more! Ridley Scott is also working on a high-budget film inspired by the story of Napoleon, starring the one and only Joaquin Phoenix. It’s going to be a battle of the epics, and we can’t wait to see who comes out on top.
