Are you ready for an exciting ride through the world of PlayStation? Well, the State of Play event on February 23, 2023, was nothing short of spectacular! It was an information-packed show that gave us a glimpse of the games that we can expect on PlayStation 5 and PS VR2.

Whether you’re a fan of blockbusters or prefer indie games, Sony has you covered. Here’s a rundown of all the games showcased during the event.

The State of Play event kicked off with a bang, with the highly anticipated Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, developed by Rocksteady, the creators of the Batman Arkham series. The new PS VR2 was also showcased, promising a plethora of exciting games.

Among the highlights was The Foglands, a rail shooter that combines the wild west with a touch of sci-fi and horror. Then there was Green Hell VR, a survival game set in a forest filled with wild animals and supernatural elements.

Synapse, on the other hand, is a futuristic shooter with supernatural powers. Journey to Foundation, a space-action game based on the books of Isaac Asimov, was another standout title.

But wait, there’s more! The State of Play event also featured Before Your Eyes, the winner of the Bafta award for Best Game, which promises a unique interactive life to be played in the first person. Destiny 2 also made an appearance with its expansion, The Eclipse, arriving on all consoles on February 28th.

Fans of indie games will be thrilled to know that Tchia, an adventure game with a well-defined environmentalist soul, is set to release on PS4 and PS5 in a month.

Humanity is another unique puzzle game, where players must guide a crowd of humans through levels filled with danger with the help of a dog. And let’s not forget Goodbye Volcano High, a musical game with anthropomorphic beings that promises to be an exciting adventure.

But that’s not all; Sony also showcased Naruto x Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections, a collection of fighting games that feature new ninjas to use. And for fans of Baldur’s Gate 3, the game is set to be released on consoles after its PC debut.

Street Fighter 6 fans will also be delighted to know that the game will be released on June 2nd, featuring the beloved characters Zangief, Lily, and Cammy.

Finally, Capcom’s new trailer for Resident Evil 4 Remake got our hearts racing with the promise of a classic game that has been enhanced and revamped.
