Among the most significant changes on the horizon are the introduction of a new save option and the ability to acquire player dwellings earlier in the game’s story.
One of the most requested features from fans has been the option to start a new game while keeping their existing save data intact. Capcom has acknowledged this demand and confirmed that an upcoming update will add this functionality across all platforms, allowing players to embark on fresh adventures without losing their hard-earned progress.
Furthermore, the developers have recognized the desire for players to gain access to their own in-game residences at an earlier stage. Beyond these quality-of-life improvements, Capcom has also outlined several other enhancements and bug fixes slated for future updates. On the PC front, players can expect improved visual quality when utilizing NVIDIA’s DLSS super-resolution technology, as well as a resolution for an issue causing low-quality model rendering under specific settings.
Console players, on the other hand, will soon be able to fine-tune their experience with the addition of options to toggle motion blur, ray tracing, and frame rate caps. While Capcom acknowledges that these options may not significantly impact performance in the initial update, they have promised meaningful frame rate improvements in subsequent patches.
Additionally, Capcom plans to increase the number of Art of Metamorphosis items available at Pawn Guilds to 99, allowing players greater flexibility in customizing their character’s appearance – a feature that has drawn criticism for its inclusion as a paid microtransaction.
