There is another interesting title for fans of survival games that is being prepared. The representatives of Toplitz Productions and Game Island studios have announced a production with the title Serum.

The aforementioned game will be heading for PCs only, or more specifically, for the Steam platform. As you open your eyes, you find out that you are in an unknown, mysterious place. A green, fluorescent liquid and a spooky implant turn your thoughts and life upside down.

But what does it all mean? Where are you? Who are you? And how will you manage to get out of here? After some time you come to the conclusion that this peculiar green serum is the ticket to your future. Now it’ s time to start a non-stop race against time…

Find shelter, find new technology, produce equipment and try to get to places where you can collect this precious substance. However, beware: the serum is capable of changing your body in unexpected ways. And do not forget: your life is entirely in your own hands!

You can do the following in the Serum:

  • Uncover the mystery of the ghastly liquid, gain new abilities and find a way to escape.
  • Combat against a diverse range of monsters with a multitude of weapons: melee, throwable and serum-enhanced weapons are available.
  • Solve puzzles and activate secret mechanisms in doors, chests and manholes.
  • Construct shelters and expand your safe zone
  • Travel through a compelling world and discover new mystical biomes with their unique features
  • Explore the history of the mysterious place you are in and find out how to use tools and equipment (by gathering, looting, scanning, etc.).
  • Acquire new abilities and produce weapons, tools and even special types of serum.
  • Survive in hostile environments under time pressure. Take control of your health and stamina and beware of mutations.

The Serum game’s release date is not yet known. However, you can add it to your wishlist on Steam.
