American Truck Simulator Introduces Texas DLC Features

We don't know the release date yet

Texas DLC for American Truck Simulator still has no release date, but the developers at SCS Software have now revealed a bunch of new images from the game and teased what you’ll be able to drive in one of America’s largest states.

The developers emphasized how important agriculture is to Texas in a recent post on the company blog, and this is what will play a big role in the upcoming DLC.

With over 51 million hectares of farmland, Texas will definitely have no shortage of things to haul back and forth. It’s another reason why, besides the huge size of the Texas expansion, it’s the perfect one for American Truck Simulator.

In fact, you can look forward to huge and complex farm buildings and small farms alike. There will be no shortage of vineyards either – Texas is reportedly fifth in wine production in America with more than four hundred vineyards.

So you can legally sip wine behind the virtual wheel and admire the beautiful vineyards from the cab of your truck.

You can also drive around with cattle, cotton, or even melons, all of which are plentiful in Texas. We still don’t know when we’ll be in Texas, but we hope it will be later this year. Until then, you can get excited with a new series of images either below.
