The Gamescom game show opening ceremony is taking place tomorrow afternoon Eastern Time. For this occasion, an extensive presentation of upcoming titles is planned, which will be broadcast live on the web.
Gamescom Opening Night Live will start streaming on August 23, 2 p.m. ET. You can watch the live broadcast on the official Gamescom YouTube channel and Twitch.
Official announcements say the show will last two hours and will feature videos from more than 30 games.
These will include new information about already known, upcoming productions, and completely new announcements. Among others, the games we will see at the event are:
- Gotham Knights
- High on Life
- Honkai Star Rail (a tactical game from the creators of Genshin Impact)
- Hogwarts Legacy
- The Callisto Protocol
- Dying Light 2: Bloody Ties DLC
- Sonic Frontiers
- Goat Simulator 3
- A new game from the makers of Subnautica
