For many, The Game Awards is the most important event associated with the video game industry these days. After E3 lost its momentum, breaking up into several smaller events, it is The Game Awards that turns out to be where the biggest announcements of AAA items frequently take place.
Geoff Keighley has managed to build an event that it’s simply a shame not to attend, as a publisher of any video games.
Now, three years on, we can confidently say that we are back to the original formula! After all, as the organizer himself announced via his social media, after several editions with respect to specific restrictions, people are finally going to return to the show.
After a 3 year break, I'm so very happy to announce that the public will once again be invited to join us @thegameawards on Thursday, December 8 at Microsoft Theater in LA.
Tickets will go on sale November 1.

A large audience will once again be in front of the stage at the Microsoft Theater, in Los Angeles, to witness the latest announcements, trailers and premieres live.
Geoff added that he is very excited about the returning crowds and is returning to work to prepare as many surprises and exciting announcements as possible.
Well, one can hardly be surprised at his joy – managing such an event with and without the people are two very different things.
With the former, you can at times even feel that contagious excitement that only motivates you to keep going. May this occasion also make the event itself rich in phenomenal announcements.
