Hogwarts Legacy Musical Trailer Revealed

The overture brings gamers into the atmosphere of the game.

Hogwarts Legacy Musical Trailer Revealed

Hogwarts Legacy is set for release in 67 days, and so Warner Bros. has put together another trailer, which once again presents the title from J.K. Rowling’s world in a rather unusual way. This time the publisher has decided to use musical material.

Hogwarts Legacy’s marketing campaign is…. strange. Publisher and developers present new footage of the game, however, here we can’t always count on specific videos full of gameplay, instead we can experience various auditory experiences.

ASMR trailers have already been published several times before, allowing us to listen to the sounds of the featured world, and this time an overture has been published.

It’s a non-cyclical instrumental musical form, most often in sonata form that serves as an introduction to an opera, amongst other things.

The composition is interesting in this case, as at the beginning you’ll hear sounds you might associate with older installments in the Harry Potter series, but at some point a 54-piece orchestra and choir consisting of members of the University of Utah, BYU, Salt Lake Symphony Orchestra, and local studio musicians and well-known artists begin a new composition.

In the background you’ll see some gameplay shots, but it’ not classic gameplay, but once again the authors focus on showing the locations.
