In the second season of Call of Duty: Warzone 2, the loot mechanics of the game will be fundamentally altered. In essence, this means that you will return to the loot mechanics of the first Warzone. Fans are already responding enthusiastically to the announcement made by Raven Software’s developers, which is not surprising.

Interestingly enough, in his detailed analysis of Call of Duty: Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2, Dimi points out the importance of Season 2 for both games.

As it currently stands, the looting system in Warzone 2 works as follows: When looting, the player, in order to get their hands on valuable loot, has to dig through boxes and backpacks of fallen opponents. This basically means that the player has to choose the items they wish to have in their inventory by clicking through menus.

As a result, many of the players initially had a negative reaction to this new system: This was not well received by other Warzone players from the start.

Many fans criticize Warzone 2 for being too heavily influenced by the mechanics of competing battle royales, rather than what made the first Warzone so successful in the first place.

Warzone 2 developers have now announced an important change for Season 2 that will make it different than it has ever been before.

The loot from boxes and the inventory of defeated opponents will not be flushed onto the floor anymore, instead it will be flushed directly onto the floor by the developers. In the future, players will not have to click through a menu.

This makes it possible to see from a distance what valuable goods await you, which not only makes it easier to keep an overview, but it also allows you to see what valuable goods are waiting for you.

There is no doubt that anyone who has played the first Warzone will already be familiar with the loot principle, which makes it easier for them to assess whether the potential loot is worth risking.

A lot of the fans are really happy about the promised changes. According to all of the comments regarding the announcement, most people are very pleased with the promised changes.

Additionally, players are increasingly hoping that Warzone 2 will return to the old strengths of its predecessor now that Raven Software has once again taken over the communication itself.

With Warzone 2’s loot mechanics set to be revised later this year, many Warzone 2 players believe that the development of the loot mechanics has taken the game in the right direction. As mentioned earlier, many players are critical of design choices and changes that have robbed the game of its uniqueness.

CoD Warzone 2

In the original plan, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 would kick off in early February. As a result of the developers announcing the delay, the latest season of the game will not be available until February 15, 20 As well as the new Battle Pass, there will also be a few important changes or innovations that will be introduced with the release of the new season.

We are also anticipating a new map, a new mode and weapons alongside ranked play, so Warzone 2 should be a real treat for both CoD fans and newcomers alike. In addition, there will also be a new, smaller map coming along with the return of Resurgence mode, and the Gulag will also return to the first Warzone!

In your opinion, what needs to happen in both games to make sure that you stay on top of your game in Season 2 for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2? Tell us in the comments section below.
