The Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards just happened and there were some cool winners! SpongeBob SquarePants and Patrick hosted from Bikini Bottom. It was broadcast on Nick and other channels like TeenNick.
For movies, Barbie won Favorite Movie and Margot Robbie won for playing Barbie. Timothée Chalamet won for playing Willy Wonka. Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse was named the Favorite Animated Movie.
Some of the winning TV shows included Percy Jackson and the Olympians for Favorite Kids’ TV Show and Young Sheldon for Favorite Family TV Show. Walker Scobell who plays Percy won for Favorite Male TV Star (Kids).
In music, Taylor Swift swept with three wins including Favorite Female Artist. Post Malone won for Favorite Male Artist. Imagine Dragons took Favorite Music Group.
There were also winners for sports, social media and gaming. Simone Biles won for Favorite Female Sports Star. Travis Kelce for Favorite Male Sports Star. MrBeast won for Favorite Male Creator.
Performers included The Kid LAROI, Billie Eilish and more. Serena Williams received a special award too.
