Almost a year has passed since the release of the game Kena: Bridge of Spirits. This is why the team from Ember Lab studio has been preparing to launch a huge anniversary update.

We also found out that in addition to the aforementioned update, a Steam version of this magical adventure is awaiting players. So far, PC gamers were only able to run the game on the Epic Games Store.

The Steam version of Kena: Bridge of Spirits will be released exactly on September 27, 2022. A huge free update will also be released on the same day. You can read about its content in the following section.

Kena: Bridge of Spirits Anniversary Update

  • New Game+ mode, through which we will lead the gameplay from scratch with all the upgrades, outfits and accessories we have collected during the first playthrough of the game. Unlockable after completing Kenya’s adventures for the first time.
  • Magic Charmstones, which not only serve as collectible pre-mkiots, but can also raise Kenya’s stats
  • A new game mode named Spirit Guide Trials – this is a set of recurring challenges that will help unlock new Kenya outfits, earn Charmstones and more.
  • New exclusive outfit available only for Deluxe Edition owners.

Kena: Bridge of Spirits is a story-based action adventure game set in a fantastic world, in which players will find lots of places to explore and many dynamic battles.

The players find and raise a group of tiny creatures, called Rotes, while improving their skills and creating new methods of interacting with the environment.

Kena, who is a young spirit guide, travels to a deserted village to find a shrine nestled in the mountains. She strenuously tries to learn the mysteries of a forgotten people living in hiding in the dense forest where those wandering spirits have been imprisoned.

Kena: Bridge of Spirits made its debut on PC, PS4 and PS5 on exactly September 21, 2022.
