SnowRunner Season 8 Will Focus On Farming

We don't have a release date yet!

Snowrunner

Developers are hard at work on the eighth season of additional content for the hardcore off-road simulation SnowRunner, with the first details to be revealed as the summer draws to a close. The title is Grand Harvest, which implies two things – it will be big and it will be about farming.

The 8th season will feature an all-new region with four summer maps and it will be your job to restore power, clear and prep fields for seeding, sow and harvest crops.

There’s probably no point in waiting for outright Farming Simulator competition since the three new vehicles do not include the usual farm equipment, but a beast called the Kirovets K-700, its modern version the K7M and the Step 39331 Pike truck are what we can’t wait for.

Currently, we still don’t get a release date for season eight or a launch date for modification support on Switch. This was already supposed to work with the arrival of the seventh season, but some unspecified technical complications have arisen.

At this point, the creators can only say that mods on Switch are expected to be up and running by the end of the year. Are you looking forward to the upcoming season 8 update?
