As the new version of Activision’s free-to-play shooter weblog is released, which brought with it content such as COD Warzone 2’s divisive DMZ, those users intent on creating a group together with their friends to play might wonder what is the maximum team size in the new Warzone, according to the playlist and mode selected. Lets get some clarity on this.
Regarding the classic matches already present in the previous version of the battle royale, COD Warzone 2.0’s maximum team size stands at four players, but it is also feasible to take part in a solo match or in the company of a smaller number of companions.
Instead, teams in the new DMZ mode are composed of three members who, similarly to what happens in the video game Escape From Tarkov, have to work together to win loot and reach the nearest extraction point.
We also remind you that the Activision title supports the crossplay feature, whereby you can form a group with any user regardless of the platform on which they are playing.
Lastly, we report that it has been confirmed that there was an annoying bug related to the friends list in Call of Duty Warzone 2, fortunately, that can be circumvented by adopting a solution using the in-game menus.
