The Highly Awaited Boxing Game Now Has a Publisher

Steel City Interactive and PLAION have teamed up, and the result will be the release of the first boxing game to hit the market in a decade

From the very first materials, the undisputed, and earlier eSports Boxing Club, was electrifying with its extremely realistic gameplay and visuals.

Though the team responsible for the project initially consisted of only three people, with time more specialists were added, with the main goal of creating the most polished game about boxing.

The proposition will not only captivate with its setting, but will get the best possible footwork system and a number of dueling strategies.

Steel City Interactive has already announced that Undisputed will include more than 50 athletes from the day of its release, including Tyson Fury, Oleksandr Usyk, Deontay Wilder, and Katie Taylor.

Contacts have also been made with the most important sports organizations, i. e. the World Boxing Council, British Boxing Board of Control and Empire.

The studio has now signed a new contract with a well-known publisher – PLAION , which will distribute Undisputed. The company will thus oversee the launch of another new game on the market.

“As gamers and boxing fans, with Undisputed we pay tribute to the sport we love. We are happy to be working with PLAION, which shares our passion for the return of boxing games. Its expertise and support will allow us to focus on making Undisputed the king of boxing games.” – admitted Ash Habib, CEO of Steel City Interactive.

“We are always on the lookout for great new studios to partner with, and Steel City Interactive has provided us with a very exciting game with the potential to deliver an authentic boxing experience to game fans around the world. Undisputed is another great addition to our list of unique titles that we are proud to be working on.” – PLAION co-founder and CEO Klemens Kundratitz added.

As yet, we haven’t learned specifics about the release of Boxing – after the September announcement of the title change, the studio’s representatives admitted that they were still focused on the development of the item.

In early November, the beta tests took place, and we hope that more specifics will be announced soon. What do you think about this game? Let us know in the comments section below.
