Dead Island 2 was scheduled to debut early next month, but back in December it was reported that the game would not be released until April.
Meanwhile, developers and the publisher invited players to a special screening, where a new gameplay was published.
And yesterday another trailer dedicated to the said production was published online, where the developers present one of the playable characters named Ryan.
According to the information provided in the material, the said protagonist comes from Fresno and professionally deals with exotic dancing.
Ryan will also be able to boast two special abilities – Revenge and Swing. With the former, he’ll receive a strength bonus after performing a successful block or dodge.
On the other hand, his second ability will allow him to regenerate his health after each zombie knockdown.
Powerful muscles are not the only feature of this exotic dancer. Ryan is a stubborn man with an extremely pessimistic sense of humor, full of sarcasm and irony, and an unbreakable heart. He has a personal mission: he wants to return to his younger brother, who stayed in Fresno before the outbreak of the plague. Nothing and no one will stop him from returning home – neither the living nor the dead,” reads the character description.
Lastly, we remind you that Dead Island 2 is heading for PC and PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S consoles The game is scheduled to debut on the aforementioned platforms on April 28.
