Steam Awards 2022 has come to a close and, just as promised, we finally get to find out the winners for each category. To dispel any doubt, yes: Elden Ring is Game of the Year again after racking up awards, acclaim, and sales.
After all, the From Software title has already stocked up on awards, with total numbers that were really hard to imagine.
But while Elden Ring also triumphed at the Steam Awards 2022, very interesting surprise awards emerged from the nominations promoted by Valve’s store.
The voting closed at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2022, and, just as you can see, there are some video games that were able to take a run for their money.
Specifically Cyberpunk 2077 and Stray, which both we able to take home awards as announced by the official page.
