In a recent impromptu “Ask Me Anything” session on Twitter, Gunn shared some interesting insights into the production of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.
The rules were simple: 1) questions had to be YES or NO questions, and 2) they had to be about Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.
During the session, Gunn was asked if he had spoken to Disney about the future of the Guardians. He responded with a concise “Yes.” However, when asked if there would ever be a Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 4, he answered with a definitive “No.”
This revelation has been a sad confirmation for fans who were hoping to see their favorite Marvel heroes on screen again.
As the Marvel Cinematic Universe continues to expand, it seems that the Guardians of the Galaxy series will end with the third installment, leaving fans to cherish the memories of these beloved characters.
